Non c'è che dire: un albergo centrale, caratterizzato da quelle che sono per me proprietà irrinunciabili per un buon albergo: il confort e la pulizia delle aree ricettive, e la disponibilità di un personale che, all'inizio fa finta di non parlare italiano, ma poi alla fine molti lo parlano e ti mettono a tuo agio. Chiedete consiglio alla reception su cosa vedere e su cosa mangiare senza spendere eccessivamente.. Un'esperienza che ripeterò; anzi a fine agosto verrà mia figlia. A tutti un caro saluto e ...Obbligado!

We have recently stayed in this hotel and it was amazing to the reception staff bar staff and breakfast 5 star treatment. Location is brilliant and if you want uber is available at a low cost, the breakfast is really tasty and constantly topped up so there is plenty of food. We got to know the barman Luis silva - well he was friendly quick and made our time there very enjoyable. I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a Hotel up the road to this one, but we adopted this hotel whilst we were staying in Lisbon to go for either a hot drink after a busy day exploring or for a much needed cocktail. The bar area is really comfortable and the staff are always accommodating, pleasant and friendly. We booked the restaurant for dinner last night, it was delicious. We had the asparagus to start and chicken in a mustard sauce.

Excellent hotel!!!! Best experience we've had in Portugal. Marvellous breakfast, with options even for lactose intolerance and vegetarians. Incredible service, very good room, excellent bed! Exceptional concierge service, valet parking with fast service. Nothing to improve as everything was perfect during our stay in Lisbon!

Fantastic stay at this hotel The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast served at the hotel is very good. The location is excellent. The hotel provided much more than I expected. The staff at the reception is very helpful.

The hotel is amazing, staff very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and spacious, bathroom very clean, corridors was smelling a delicious air freshener . location was excellent. Is the best hotel i've stayed so far. Definitely i will recommend. Worth every penny.
